Chief Executive Officer of Stollburgh Capital B.V.

Ashley Phillips has held numerous positions within Homburg Canada across the
country since joining the company in 1993 and has been appointed Vice President
of Operations as of 2002.

Richard Homburg is the founder of the Homburg Group and Chairman of
Homburg N.V., which is part of the Homburg Group as well as Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Homburg Invest Inc. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer
of Uni-Invest N.V.
F.W. Matheson (1944)
Frank Matheson is President and CEO of Homburg Canada Inc. Educated in
Halifax, N. S. he as active in the Insurance Industry for 20 years prior to
joining the Homburg Group in 1985. He has held numerous positions in the
companies becoming President in 1992. He deals with all facets of real estate
development, investment and property management. He is located in the Halifax
office.
