We are pleased to announce that SIA Homburg Vejavas, a property company
registered in Latvia and owned by the Homburg Eastern Europe Fund, received an
approved Technical Design for its multi-storey residential development.
This Technical Design allows Homburg Vejavas to obtain construction
permission for 4.375 square metres of net apartment area on its site at Vejavas
Street in Riga, Latvia. Two separate residential buildings are planned - one of
4 and one of 9 storeys - which in total will comprise 85 residential units with
underground parking places.
