News on Homburg Eastern Europe Fund industrial investment in Latvia

We are pleased to announce that SIA Homburg Baldone, a property company registered in Latvia and owned by the Homburg Eastern Europe Fund, received an approved Technical Design for engineering and infrastructure networks to service the freehold 29,8 ha industrial land located near the Via Baltica highway in Baldone, one of the main industrial and logistics nodes in the Riga region.

According to the Technical Design approved by local authorities, Homburg Baldone is permitted to service the land with a gas line and electricity with sufficient capacities to open the land plot for customers in phase one. In subsequent phases, such capacities will be increased accordingly.

SIA Homburg Baldone is discussing all possible co-operation models with local and international companies that need industrial manufacturing, storage and/or distribution facilities.
