The Campeon was built between 2003 and 2005 and consists of six buildings.
Each building has an area of approximately 23,000 m2.
The underground parking deck contains space for 1980 cars, but Campeon is also
easily accessible by public transport. All six of the buildings are short and on
the waterfront. This lets the Campeon flow harmoniously into its green
background. Cars access the parking facilities by tunnel, so that the Campeon’s
overall projection of harmony is not obscured by parking lots. The total area of
all the buildings taken together is around 150,000 m2. This space is currently
being used for offices, a cafe, a restaurant, various shops for basic goods, a
casino, martial arts schools, and health care institutions. There is also a
daycare facility for parents employed at the Campeon. All told, the businesses
at Campeon create 600 jobs.
