Location
This project is designated for industrial use and is located about 20 km
south from the centre of Riga, near Baldone. It is conveniently situated 2 km
off the Via-Baltic highway - which connects Riga with the other capitals of the
Baltic States – and nears the east-west highway to Russia.
Development Project
The 30 ha land plot has been subdivided into 84 individual lots to allow for
flexibility to either develop for various tenants with different needs or to
sell individual land plots. Lot sizes range from 2500 to 6300 m2 and can be
easily developed or sold separately or joined together as required by the tenant
or customer. The industrial or logistic developments will be serviced with
excellent infrastructure – asphalted access roads, gas, electricity, water
supply and local sewerage along with water purification system. The site allows
for truck access from either direction.
