Homburg Vejavas, Riga

Location

The project is a muti-storey residential apartment complex located within a short distance from the center of Riga in the popular Purvciems district. It is one of the most in-demand residential areas on this side of the Daugava River due to excellent infrastructure well serviced by all types of public transport including train.

Development Project

The project consists of two economy-plus class residential buildings with 4 and 9 stories. In total we have designed 85 one, two and three room apartments with a total sellable area of 4415 m2 plus 275 m2 of balconies and 219 m2 of terrace. Both buildings have one common underground garage with 85 parking places - one for each apartment. Apartments will have big windows, central heating system will be used to heat apartments.

Surrounding

Purvciems is the largest and among the most popular residential districts of Riga. Despite the fact that a number of new residential developments have been built in this area in recent years, Vejavas street remains very calm and green with old trees and a combination of private houses and multi-storey apartments houses in the neighborhood. The Domina shopping center and RIMI hypermarket are in close proximity.

Riga is the capital of Latvia and, with 720,000 inhabitants and up to 1,100,000 in the greater Riga area, also the largest city in the Baltic States. It is situated on either side of the Daugava River, where it flows into the Baltic Sea. Founded in 1201, this former Hanseatic League member is one of the oldest medieval cities in Europe and has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the political, economic, and cultural centre of Latvia and the transport hub of the Baltics.
