Project is located in central city location, Klaipeda old town so it has all necessary amenities in a walking distance. Baltic sea can be reached 5 minute walking to the ferry and taking 10 minute ferry trip. Several schools, shopping centers, banks are beside.

Klaipeda is the main seaport in Lithuania and the country’s second largest city with a population of 190,000. It is situated at the mouth of the Curonian Lagoon where it meets the Baltic Sea. The port remains ice-free year round and is the main terminal for ferry connections to Sweden and Germany.
