Location
The Gulbinai district is located in the northern part of Vilnius and has been
designated as an area for intensive residential growth under the Vilnius General
Plan. Our projects in this district will be multi-storey or townhouse style
apartments with underground parking and open green spaces.
Development Projects
The properties consist of two land plots – one of 2 hectares and one of 4.3
hectares – both of which are part of the first lands which will be developed in
the area. The lands are separated from the main highway by the commercial zone.
The projects are in the final stages of Detail Plan approval for residential
development.
Surroundings
The lands are 13 km from the Vilnius city center off a newly expanded
four-lane highway which goes north toward Latvia and then on to Russia. While
there is good access to the city, the area is calm and just a few hundred meters
south of the land there is a protected forest and a kilometer to the east a
protected park with several lakes.
Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania. The city is located in the southeast of
the Baltic country at the confluence of the Neris and VilnelÄ— rivers. In 2007,
Vilnius had 542,785 inhabitants. The capital has an historic Old Town which is a
UNESCO World Heritage Site and which houses Vilnius University, one of the
oldest universities in Europe.
