Location
The 7000 m2 corner property lies on Laisves Avenue, the main pedestrian High
Street in Kaunas, Lithuania’s second largest city with 360,000 inhabitants. The
project is the redevelopment of a Soviet-area shopping center into a modern
seven-storey mixed-use development in the heart of the city.
Redevelopment Project
The redevelopment project is currently underway with the demolishing of the
existing structure. We have a construction permit for a mixed-use building with
two towers of approximately 22,000 m2 of above ground buildable area plus
underground parking. The project will have a high street retail center at its
core with prestigious offices on the second and third floors and exclusive
apartments above. We plan for over 250 above ground and underground parking
places.

Situated at the heart of Laisves Avenue, Merkurijus is surrounded by shops
